A private villa on a quiet, gated island set between a tranquil lake and the South Pacific. Two thousand square metres of grounds, a glittering pool, a dock of your own, and seven bedrooms with room for everyone — yet you are only five minutes from Nadi International Airport.
Slip into the pool and look out over the lake to the mountains beyond. Behind the villa, a short walk brings you to the sea. Sun loungers, a shaded lanai and a hot tub make the whole outdoors yours from sunrise to starlight — and the grounds are fully fenced, so children and dogs can run without a second thought.

A soaring great room with a timber-lined ceiling links the lounges, dining and kitchen into one easy, sociable space. There is room here for a big family or group to gather — to cook together, share a long dinner at the round banquet table, or simply spread out and relax.

Five king bedrooms and two twin rooms — nine beds in all — every one air-conditioned with its own ensuite. Two upstairs masters open onto a balcony over the water, with freestanding soaking tubs and double vanities behind them.

A private dock runs from the lawn straight out into the water in front of the villa, with room to tie up a boat for the length of your stay. Villa 61 is the only villa on Naisoso Island that puts its own water equipment at your disposal — no rental counter, no booking ahead. Walk down the lawn, take what you want, go.
Land and unwind almost immediately — ideal for late arrivals and early departures, with no long transfers to start or end your trip.
A fully enclosed island community — safe, quiet and entirely private, with the whole 2,000 m² estate to yourselves.
Swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub, or take a board off the dock. Beach and lake access are right on your doorstep.
Naisoso Island allows animals, so your dog is welcome to come along. Fenced grounds, lawns and plenty of shade — just tell us in advance.
A projector screen and sound system for film nights, and a covered open-air gym looking over the lake for the mornings after.
Sam and his family are on hand to greet you, arrange an airport pick-up and help you settle straight into island life. They speak Mandarin as well as English, so you're welcome to get in touch in either language.
